Return & Refund Policy

At xclassyoutfitsyyptse Hellenic Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery according to our standard return policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received
  • The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • The original purchase receipt or order confirmation must be included
  • The item(s) must not be marked as "final sale" or otherwise non-returnable

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that meet all policy requirements, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a processing delay on their end. If the issue persists after contacting your financial institution, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
