Trousers by belgian designer dirk bikkembergs (early 2000s or so). Made from densely woven, faintly textured off-white cotton, they have exposed zip front opening, narrow welt pockets at the sides, belt loops at faced waist, and an unexpected final detail in the form of back thigh pockets. Cut is slenderish straight leg.
